The Big Easy’s Crew

The Big Easy’ Crew is a collective of experienced musicians based in Barcelona, who are united by a passion for roots music and who recreate, in a show full of dynamism and energy, a journey through the great variety of ‘styles that have their origin in New Orleans; from the primitive jazz of Louis Armstrong, passing through the classic funk of The Meters to the more contemporary sounds of bands like Galactic.

The Gramophone Allstars Big Band is a music group that fuses Jamaican music from the sixties (ska, rocksteady and reggae) with different styles of black music such as soul or jazz among many others. Under the baton of Bisbalan saxophonist Genís Bou, the group has released six albums and performed at the country’s main festivals, halls and parties, becoming one of the most consolidated musical projects in the current black music scene. With 150 concerts behind them in big band format, in 2023 they return with the long-awaited “Call Your Friends”.
